- Angela JiangDec 29, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was their reward program for 7 months now and I don’t see any improvement on my skin so I called in today, and want to cancel it. But they said they can’t refund this month charge because they charged me already so I have to go and use it. So if you decided to stop the membership, better to call 2 month before cause they won’t give you any refund even though you didn’t go there at that month.
