- Bear SDec 06, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Avoid the physical therapy. VERY expensive and hidden charges. I was seen by a therapist that was training another therapist. Needless to say she spent half of the time working on me and the other half teaching this person. To be honest. Just go online and help yourself. They really don't know what they are doing. AND they start pushing junk like a rubber band to help stretch for $200!
